Currently, the swimming pool and indoor arcade area must remain closed until the Government allows them to re-open, we hope this won’t be too long and we will contact you if the situation changes.
The onsite Bar & Restaurant have indicated that they will be open but they will be operating within the Government's COVID-19 guidelines for serving food and social distancing, there will not be any entertainments at this time.
We politely request that if any member of your party is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 prior to your booking date and is likely to still be infectious on the day of your check-in that you immediately cancel or postpone (subject to availability) your stay.
If you live in an area that is still in lockdown then please do not travel.
We want you to enjoy your stay at Corton Villas and we want to ensure you that we have taken extra precautions to ensure the accommodation is safe for our guests.
We have minimised as much as possible the number of same day turn-around to allow our dedicated cleaning contractors extra time to clean our accommodation safely and effectively in the context of COVID-19. The cleaners are equipped with the correct PPE and cleaning products to allow them to adhere to strict protocols for cleaning and to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.
All high touch surfaces will be sanatised on each change over with a virucidal disinfectant that deactivates or destroys all enveloped viruses such as all coronaviruses and SAR-CoV2 (COVID-19) as defined in EN14476:2013 + A2:2019.

Although evidence so far suggests that it is harder to catch the virus from soft surfaces such as fabric we will still adopt robust laundry procedures in respect to towels and bedding, all bedding including mattress protectors will be changed on each change over whether used or not.
The door key to each property is located in a key safe beside the front door of the property to allow guests to self check-in which will minimise physical contact. Guests will receive an email a few days prior to check-in with the property number and key safe code.
During your stay:
Socialising with others, you should limit your social interactions away from the property to reflect the latest Government "social distancing" guidelines and please do not allow your children to roam around the park unsupervised in case they might inadvertently break any "social distancing" guidelines.
Please do not enter any other properties on the park unless you can do so without breaking any "social distancing" guidelines for example: the guests in another property are part of your "support bubble".
When you check-out we ask that you..
● strip all used bedding and leave it on the bed (NOT on the Floor)
● remove all food and other products that you have brought into the property
● transfer all waste to the green bins located around the site
● leave all windows open to allow the outside air to circulate around the property
● return the key to the key safe and spin the numbers

Current Government advice for a guest displaying signs of the COVID-19 virus while staying in overnight accommodation for a permitted reason, is that they should inform the accommodation provider, immediately self-isolate where they are to minimise any risk of transmission, and request a test. If they are confirmed to have COVID-19, they should return home if they reasonably can. They should use private transport but only drive themselves if they can do so safely. If a guest cannot reasonably return home (for example because they are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), their circumstances should be discussed with an appropriate health care professional and, if necessary, the local authority.
