BUSINESS TRAVELLER

Corton Villas are open for 12 months of the year and our distinctive 2 storey, 3 Bedroom Villas offer significant benefits and comfort over and above a B&B or Hotel room. ​

Our discounted Corporate tariff is based on a minimum booking (usually 28 consecutive nights) and is charged per night per 3 bedroom villa and we would recommend a maximum of 3 adults per 3 bedroom villa for Corporate lets so that each guest has his/her own bedroom. We can also arrange for periodic cleaning including change of towels and bedding as required.

We do not accommodate anyone seeking residential status, our properties are Holiday let accommodation and therefore there will be no Assured Tenancy or any security of Tenure within the terms of the Housing Act 1988. Similarly any agreement is an excluded agreement within the terms of the Eviction Act 1977.

The ground floor of each villa has a well equipped kitchen with full sized oven, ceramic hob, microwave, under counter fridge, a separate freezer and a washing machine, there is also a spacious Lounge/Diner and adjoining Bathroom.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 

We provide all bedding and towels, (*)fair usage electricity is included in our tariffs as too is free Wi-Fi in each Villa, there is onsite parking and each Villa has it's own key safe located outside the door to allow guests to come and go at their convenience.
