Home from home facilities​

All our villas are 2 storey, the ground floor of each property has a well equipped kitchen with full sized oven, ceramic hob, microwave, under counter fridge, a separate freezer and a washing machine, there is also a spacious Lounge/Diner and adjoining Bathroom.​ On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (1x Double, 1x Twin and 1x Single). We provide all bedding and towels and fair usage electricity is included in our tariffs as too is free Wi-Fi plus there is onsite parking.

• We are open for 12 months of the year and our distinctive Town House style Self Catering Accommodation offer significant benefits and comfort over and above most B&B or Hotel rooms.

• Each property has it's own key safe located outside the door to allow our guests to come and go at their convenience and as such they are ideal for anyone seeking a longer term or Corporate Lets.

• Our competitive Extended Stay tariffs start at just £57.50 plus VAT (per 3 Bedroom property - not per guest) for a minimum booking of 15 consecutive nights or more.

• When booking for work colleagues we accept a maximum of 3 guests per property so that each guest has their own bedroom.

• We can also arrange for periodic cleaning including change of towels and bedding as required.

• We do not accommodate anyone seeking residential status, our properties are Holiday let accommodation and therefore there will be no Assured Tenancy or any security of Tenure within the terms of the Housing Act 1988.​​
